Even if you do not have a full service or maintenance contract, we are your reliable partner for all aspects of servicing, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair.

Our service technicians know the background as well as the interaction of your device very well and are in constant exchange with our development engineers and service consultants. Each of our service vehicles is equipped with all common original spare parts and wearing parts.

As qualified and certified welders in accordance with DIN 18800-7:2008-11 Class C, our service technicians carry out safety-relevant work independently and on site during conversions and retrofits. This minimizes downtime and lowers your costs.

It goes without saying that we offer the legally prescribed safety inspection of the equipment and load handling equipment (UVV inspection) according to DGUV regulation 68, which must be carried out once a year.

We offer you original spare parts and accessories that meet our high-quality standards according to DIN ISO 9001:2008 and are optimally matched to our equipment. As part of our ongoing quality assurance and quality management measures, the entire range of spare parts and accessories is subject to a continuous optimization process.

Thanks to our exchange parts program, you can plan in good time and save costs. We offer a return service for high-priced parts. If these are repairable, you will receive a 10% discount on the net price of the new/replacement part.

On request, we can provide you with spare parts packages specially adapted to your machine park. In addition, we provide you with individually adapted maintenance kits for preventive maintenance.

If you are considering retrofitting or modernizing your device, you are in the best of hands with us. Due to the close contact to our development engineers we guarantee you the optimal solution – fast, individual and durable. And your EC Declaration of Conformity remains valid.

Important: To ensure that your inquiry is processed as quickly as possible, we need the following information:

Technical support

Our experienced service consultants will support you in all matters relating to service – from the quotation and spare parts lists to maintenance contract.

We will be happy to analyze important topics such as spare parts stocking, maintenance, modernization and expansion together with you on site.

We offer training courses specifically designed for your company as well as training measures for your operating and maintenance personnel. Individual training is provided for the respective equipment and vehicles. All the important topics and focal points of maintenance are covered. These training courses are usually planned together with you and can be carried out either at our company headquarters in Münsingen or in your company.

In addition, we offer driver training courses and training seminars for obtaining the prescribed forklift driver’s licenses according to BGG 925, training and assignment of drivers of industrial trucks with driver’s seat and driver’s platform.

Service agreements

Testing according to the specifications of the accident prevention regulation according to DGUV regulation 68.

In addition to the UVV inspection, we give you a recommendation on pending repairs for preventive maintenance including documentation of the equipment history.

Based on the inspection, we preventively exchange defined parts according to the operating hours and the system condition and carry out repairs on the basis of defined maintenance checklists. In order to keep the effort for you as low as possible, we organize and coordinate the deployment and ensure minimum downtimes and optimum use of resources.

Based on the inspection, we take over all maintenance work for you. Spare and wear parts are included on request. Maximum availability and extension of service life at calculable costs.

Based on the maintenance contract, maintenance kits or regular preventive information, for example, supplement the device handling. In an emergency, rental equipment from our rental fleet is available. As a direct manufacturer, we secure your spare parts supply through coordinated spare parts packages – individually according to your wishes.

Maintenance, service and full-service contracts are also available in combination with the purchase of a device as well as rental full service. If necessary, we will be happy to advise you on site and can thus offer you the optimum service option for you.
