Your training at Genkinger
- During your training as a technical product designer at Genkinger, you will learn, among other things, to create production plans in 2D drawings (CAD) based on 3D models from our design department. This also includes the creation of parts lists for production, the calculation of dimensions and characteristic values.
- The training of our technical product designers takes place in Genkinger's planning office right next to our production and in Ferdinand-von-Steinbeis-Schule in Reutlingen (vocational school).
Our requirements
- In order to create construction plans with everything that goes with it, in addition to technical understanding, interest in complex software programs and spatial imagination also concentration, diligence and always communication with our production and if necessary the customers are important.
- Math and Physics are usually your favorites. - In the apprenticeship you will see how important what you have learned is for the practice
- We welcome applications from school leavers with a good secondary school leaving certificate, from high school graduates, dropouts.
